happy halloween

My mum is the cutest thing ever. Even though halloween is not a big deal in Norway, mummy went out of her way to make these cute little bags with candy and a red ribbon to boot. Adorable. Personally I spent my Halloween on the couch catching up on my readings, while listening to some old Nightmare Before Christmas songs.

On a completely unrelated note, I just wanted to add that I've made a slight change to my layout. Not that I think it's of interest to anyone, but from now on all my pictures will have a width of 800px as a opposed to my old 650px. Hopefully the quality will look a bit nicer from now on.

Here's to whoever asked about what my room looks like. Sorry for the grainy pictures, but there's practically no natural light in my room since it's located in the basement. Boo. The pictures are primarily of my accessories and how I organise them, because that's the only interesting part of my room. Since I have plans of moving out in the near future, I haven't bothered to spend much money on decorating. I'll just shamelessly say I'm going for the minimalist look if anyone asks.

It appears I've been gone for quite some time. Of course I have a ton of excuses, but I'd rather skip that to try and ease the awkwardness I'm suddenly feeling. As far as my life goes I'm busy juggling school, work and an attempt at having a social life. So far I think I'm succeeding. Other current concerns of mine include wearing all black or shades of grey without looking too goth. In the outfit above for instance I think it's somewhat passable, but that's only because I think we're well into autumn and people seem accustomed to seeing this kind of look. I guess you could say it's even appropriate.

It feels good to finally update my blog, and to be honest I kind of missed it.
